Our agent, Dave Rosenthal gave valuable insight regarding our trip to Venice / Rome / Pompeii and Priano. Being the first trip to Italy, we were well prepared by him. Recommendations for hotels, travel modes etc, were spot on, especially getting from Marco Polo Airport to hotel was great after a long flight. Dave created the most amazing itinerary for our 5-day vacation to Aruba! He also constantly updated us with any notifications (for example there was a slight delay in our flight back and he texted me personally, and he also reminded me of various other items I had to consider to prepare for the trip).
