We had a great experience engaging with James and the Dayday Group when purchasing a house. James was punctual, professional and very transparent with his communications. The details that James provided during the sales process was exceptional and even our mortgage broker commented that he rarely sees agents be as transparent with their listings as James was. There was really nothing left to chance and no hidden issues. James was fantastic to deal with and I would highly recommend for your real estate sales needs.
Had a bad experience, renting a property in Hope Island, which was offered by DayDay Group. The house had many issues. Moreover, they didn't refund my overpaid rent by the end of the agreed tenancy. That's a fraud. Now going to Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal, in order to get my money back. Can not recommend this agency.
