The entire experience was fantastic. Office staff were amazing and courteous. Dakoda was early, very professional and knew his trade. He replaced a faulty thermostat for me, programmed it and answered all my questions. He even booked an appointment for me to get a quote to replace my unit that I requested to plan ahead.
Prompt, friendly and thorough
I actually had scheduled the maintenance with the air conditioner technician and also the plumber both of them were here exactly on time they did what they had to do. They corrected what needed to be corrected. They couldn’t have been nicer and I’m glad I came back to Dayco

As always, Dayco does a great job. Ben Holman brought Jefrye over to do the semi annual maintenance and I was very impressed with Jefrye’s personality and knowledge of his craft. All in all, very pleased with the service call and the technician.
