Been going to Dr. Rausch for 41 years. Need I say more?
In my experience this office uses tactics to inflate pricing for services and relies on people not knowing better to justify the cost. There are too many red flags with service and price gouging going on to justify coming back. Everyone acted super strange as well. The doctor didn’t speak much. When I retire and move away, I will still come back to this dentist office! They are so good to people. They're service is predictable and always the same great experience! They take you back at the appointment time you had scheduled and get you on your way quickly. Love them!!
Overcharged Despite Being In-Network-- I chose Dr. Rausch through Delta Dental’s list of in-network providers. At checkout, the amount I was charged seemed high, but the staff assured me it was accurate. When the claim posted to my Delta Dental portal, I saw that I had been charged significantly more than the pre-negotiated rates for in-network care.
