Front desk staff and supervisor very rude in handling billing questions and will not call back as promised.
My step son has been in this center for a month, he was diagnosed with autism and the employees here treated him horribly for it. His issues have multiplied since attending this center due to their unwillingness to adapt for his needs. I’m sure the center shines with behavioral, but if your child has ANY other underlying issues, avoid daybreak at ALL cost. Shame on you daybreak for how you treat special needs children.
