Took three days before giving me a call and telling me that they have to transfer my car because they don’t have the bandwidth to fix it. Not acceptable! A simple sorry when there are significant financial consequences to the customer is not a sustainable business practice. Will be taking my business to Caliber Collision! Maybe time to focus on process improvement and training your staff.

Great place amazing staff
Worst shop ever! If You feel like being ignored and disrespected, while your car gets repaired by non-certified technicians for 6 months. This is the place for you.. If not.. try out Caliber Collision!!
