Stay away from this place. They rush you in and out as fast as they can. The billing department does not communicate very well. They dont care about you just your insurance plan. I was discharged over nonsense

This was not a good experience. Communication with providers and front office staff was difficult, and there did not seem to be consistent documentation of notes, progress, or concerns. As a patient, it did not feel like genuine care was being provided, and the experience came across as more focused on money than patient well-being.

Don’t go here. I went despite the countless bad reviews and my experience was no different. My doctor was nice and kind (she’s leaving their office also btw) but the front office has no idea what their doing… they won’t call you back when they say they will, they don’t seem to care at all about the patients, and their financial policies are heinous. Imma be honest I wouldn't really go here if you don't have a lot of money also like out of the two appointments I had the psychiatrist was late and then they charged me a $200 fee because I didn't cancel which it says they do on their website I did not read that thoroughly but I still think that's a little over the top don't you anyways besides that they're okay.

The people at the office are ok but the doctors are ridiculously unprofessional and stupid and act like they dont know how to do their jobs i drove all the way from clt to Asheville for them to tell me i couldnt get my sublocade shot before im about to go out of town for 2 weeks
