I'm actually not surprised that Daya closed. When they first opened we went there for a late weekend lunch and sat outside. There were only two other people dining. I ordered the Buffalo wrap and on my second bite I found a piece of plastic inside of it. (The first bite was delicious btw) I showed the waiter the piece of plastic and placed it on the plate. First of all, I wasn't accusing you of anything, I was extremely concerned what this plastic was and where it came from so as to not let it happen again. Second, I'm sorry you thought I was being fake. I was not. Just concerned. Lastly, I'm sorry you feel jilted because you didn't get free desserts (we always did free samples of wines... for everyone), but why wait so long to write a poor review? So you could say "told you so"? Hope you are happy now that your wish came true and Daya is no longer. I sold it to keep my sanity... read more

A vegan scratch kitchen that Provides a nutritional and tasteful menu! Nestled on a side street off Park Avenue with an atmosphere that is welcoming to novice vegans and those with high expectations! We will continue to visit Daya's!
Winter Park's best kept vegan secret. A variety of ethnic mainstays with a fresh vegan twist. Happy hour is a good time to visit and sample. Great brunch too.

The food here is out of this world. Seriously, the Buffalo cauliflower is addicting. Super friendly service, insanely fresh ingredients and dishes that you'll crave on a daily basis. All this coming from someone who was skeptical of trying an all vegan restaurant. Definitely highly recommended!!
