They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed!
