I had a colonoscopy today. The nurses and staff were wonderful at Dundee Day Surgery. I have a "dignity of patient" concern. I was not put under before there were people exposing my backside and touching me to begin the procedure. I have had 2 previous colonoscopies and was totally under so as not to feel the procedure starting. I feel this is very inappropriate. Maybe not a big deal to nurses, doctors and staff but not comfortable for your patients.
I can't say enough good about the Day Surgery Center and Dr. Lerner. I had rotator cuff surgery on a Monday and I am typing this review already on Wednesday. The pain with minimal meds, is very tolerable. Dr. Lerner is a very caring doctor that explains everything thoroughly. The Center has the best staff ever, and I have been in hospitals and other medical facilities and none match this place. And no, I didn't get paid to say that either! It's the God's truth!!!
