Absolutely amazing experience!!!! The front desk staff all the way to nurses and back office staff were very good to me. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of. I had certain requests and to see the communication between the whole team to make sure everyone was on the same page was very helpful. Great team! I was definitely impressed. I highly recommend this place if you are deciding on a surgery center. You will not be disappointed in your choice.
Everyone at RB DAY SURGERY were terrific! Starting with Janet at the front desk, Mark our nurse, the anesthesiologist, Dr Henderson and everyone in between. They made it a pleasant experience. We(my daughter and I) thank you.
My nurse Matthew was great. He was constantly joking and made me feel comfortable. He was also very professional, good at distraction, and I didn’t feel the IV needle when he inserted it (one of my biggest phobias!). Dr. Yang was great with providing the information that I asked for and surgery was smooth. I got in I got my surgery and I was able to leave. It was pain-free. And I was able to go home that same day and start my recovery.
I recently went in to have a septoplasty and turbinate reduction done by Dr. James Knackstedt and I have to say that it was the best experience that I’ve ever had in a hospital setting. The office staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. K were very professional, and made the procedure go super smooth. I appreciate all the hard work and thanks to everyone for your service to the industry. God Bless!!!
