This service and care here was exceptional. From the initial contact with valet, to check in, to every nurse and surgeon I spoke to- they were nothing but kind, polite, patient, and helpful. They treated my guest and myself with care and kindness. I was very impressed and grateful.
I had a laparoscopy here with Dr Heather Owens (Central Clinic) and Dr Brian Alexander. Everyone I encountered leading up to and leaving the operating room was great. I only had to wait 20 minutes upon arriving before they took me back for IV placement. I was extremely anxious and my first nurse did nothing to help ease that.
