was visiting Murral's inlet and made an appt with Tonya. The day of the appt, I had an emergency at home (a four hour drive). I notified Tonya immediately. I later got a very Rude note from her. Don't know about you all, but I am not used to MTs to be rude. Understand canceling has problems - but so does the steps falling from my house that I rent. I would never go to this lady
