Ordered online from Costco a large item. Day and Ross arrived with no update on tracking, sent one person and was told it was my duty to get from the road to the yard. Employee was extremely rude, called the management when driver was here. Total waste of time. After he backed on my lawn (are you serious) and i had told him to remove the truck from the lawn he continued to be rude. Had to find someone to come help. Disgusting customer service.

I ship LTL weekly with Day & Ross and receive great service. Any issues we have are dealt with promptly by Adam who has always been responsive and super helpful!

I didn’t used to like Day and Ross for shipping. My business ships large crates multiple times per month. I changed my mind when Adam started working there. He made all of my jobs a priority and I have zero complaints. Everything is always on time and he personally reaches out to me to negotiate a pickup and drop off time.
