Pros: Good communication through out. Cleaned up well. Really super nice people. Daniel gave us a military discount which is always appreciated. Their energy side declined the military offer but not him, so that was nice of him! Cons: Initially did not want to go in the crawlspace for my rodent problem. The majority of my damage was in the attic. (His back hurt. I understand) But. . .wouldn't this be not a full service? Couldn't the rodents go through my crawlspace to the attic? Was happy with the service he provided today (5/26/23). Was fast in the procedures for Spiders n Ants & friendly with my dogs. Plus, he was calling me to set a time within 30 minutes of when my manager service contacted him- then came immediately as he was available around lunchtime!
Daniel did a lot of work eliminating any entrance of rodents from under the house. He was very thorough and completed the job fast and efficiently. I've been very impressed to date with Day Pest Control. They will be out again in May to complete the job.
We have used this service for several years and they are very professional. Since we started we have not been inundated with ants and spiders and that just makes are life easier. Highly recommend this service.
They always call before arriving and do a great job of eliminating pests. I also like the fact they are knowledgeable about gardens and flowers and what not to spray.
