Would not recommend as an employer or as someone to help your loved one. Does not offer any benefits, PTO, raises. Is reluctant to properly train oncoming employees. Will not properly schedule employees to make sure that the hours are covered for the clients and will just leave patients high and dry with no one to cover. Also regularly messes up payroll, if I could leave less than one star I would. He’s only in the healthcare industry to make money for himself not take care of people.
