I called and left several messages, asking to schedule a pedicure and no one ever called me back. When I finally got someone on the phone, they were incredibly rude and hung up on me twice. When I called back, they said they did not want business from me because they were busy and was asking too many questions about availability. They went on to say that they had enough business from prom coming up this weekend. I have never been treated so rudely.
I am a current client of Jen and my daughter is a 4 year old with autism. Just a few weeks ago I had no option but to bring my daughter with me to my appointment. Although my daughter is a handful, Jen was very patient and even held her for a little while. When I told Jen that I would have to reschedule bc I know a nail salon is not a place for children If you can help it but she assured me it would be ok and we would make it work.
