Visited them to get a manicure and paid $40.80 by card. I didn’t leave a tip because my cuticles started bleeding while they were being trimmed. Other than that, I had a really good experience. The manicure was done neatly, and my nails were filed well. I was confused between two colors so the nail technician applied two colors to my nails to show me how they would look. Happy with my experience. Will visit them again.

Sanitized and used separate tools. The lady did my acrylic lumpy and uneven. She also used the nail bit on my skin, ripping the SKIN off and causing my fingers to bleed. It hurt a lot. I tried telling her and she didn’t address it. I told the manager later and witnessed the lady being defensive about it again when the manager confronted her. When I took someone for pedicures, they left the trim unpainted. Overall I would go back because it is near but unhappy with the level of service.

I've been coming to this place when they had the original owners. The new owner for the last two or three years is Sophie. She is wonderful!. Her staff is a hit or miss. I usually get the "treat yourself" which is $45.00. My last few Pedis, I did not like. I know for sure it's because of the different nail techs that I got. I like to be consistent and stay with one or two of the nail techs but that's always hard to do. Anyhow, your better off getting the " sugar Pedi" with gel or no gel. I took my girlfriend to get her current set removed and when I tell you this place is a waste of your time and money I can’t say it loud enough. They did not remove the glue on her nail and told her that it is not their responsibility to remove the glue just the nail. They honestly are a scam and not accommodating to the client in the slightest. Please do you research there are plenty more nail salons that can easily do better than the slop job these people can do at their best.

Had a technician who was obviously new and Couldn't do a basic pink-white ombre. Managed to make fingers bleed multiple times with the nail file. Very annoying was they ran out of all the popular colors too. All the pinks are gone? Really? Had an appointment at 3:30pm and wasn't seated until 4:00pm. 2 hour nails took almost 3.
