I've lived here for more than 2 years and this place is looking better than ever...
Since new management has come in this place it is finally starting to come together. You can really tell that sarah cares about the property and her residents. She also makes sure things get done. I've been here for almost a year and the 1st time Anything Of mine got fixed was when she Arrived. I've noticed the place looks a lot cleaner and better than it ever has.
Sarah has definitely made changes. She’s constantly here helping fix the complex and making it look so much cleaner. Not to mention I saw her fixing the pot holes her self. She’s absolutely changing this place for the better. I’ve only live here a year but I’ve enjoyed every moment. Sarah even helped me get a job. She does amazing. She’s here everyday other than if it’s an emergency but she also makes sure she leaves a note that she will be gone. The people that own this place really needs to have a number or an email that residents can use if the property manager isn’t doing her job. She is barely ever at the complex. She shows up and leaves every hour. It’s hard to talk to her. She rarely answers the phone. When residents tell her that something is wrong or needs to be address with a different resident she posts letters on doors that just say make sure your following the rules of your lease. To give this place 5stars is a joke. Been here for a few months and the friendliest people are the other tenants. Sarah is boastful, constantly blames previous management for things not being done. Had to pester her for 3 MONTHS to get someone on the lease and she kept wanting to pull someone off of it. The only time i have ever seen her on the property, she is late by her own time standards, usually only ever shows up after 10o clock and boasts about how she'll be able to go home early.
