day lums so called achievements I have more than one dealings with this company over the years. I notice they really fall behind not only paper work very easily. Especially when the months of August September roll by. In fact it is not that bad when you make time to actually visit the office. Heaven help you and then some if and when you phone in. Requests are somehow misfiled, or even just plain pushed aside for whatever political reason. As far as I am concerned, good riddence and have a good merry christmas.
Never had a problem We rent from Day-Lum and have rented from them for over a year now. We have never had a problem with them at all. The representative for our home is kind and friendly. However, when I call her to leave a maintenance order, the orders are very slow to be filled and some haven't even been filled yet (and I put them in months ago). If I talk to the front desk, though, the are almost always done in a timely manner.
