Day Kimball you are such a disgrace and disappointment. Individuals go to you in the middle of a mental health crisis and you discharge them without any consideration. When someone is threatening others and hearing voices you turn your head. You force them out of your emergency room, threatening staff that if individuals aren’t picked up you will send them in a medical cab.
