A case manager here showed to be such an un-compassionate person. Working with a vulnerable population, you should not take part in causing patients more trauma. She was unclear with discharge plans while this shock came to the patient’s attention, she told the patient they could “k!ll themself anywhere” and was actively convincing said patient against readmitting their self for safety concerns.
