Make sure you are never late for your appointments. Otherwise, the snobby receptionist will make you reschedule a cleaning for being 10 freaking minutes late (taking care of my sick child). I’ve had to wait over 15mins at times for my past appointments when they were experiencing delays in their schedule but again it’s only ok when it happens on their end. I am disgusted with the way I was treated. No worries though they will be easily be replaced.
