I cannot say enough good things about my visit to Friendly Eyes Optometry. I was searching for an in-network doctor after my previous optometrist gave me a prescription that was far too strong, and Dr. Vitta exceeded all expectations. From the moment I checked in, the front desk was friendly and efficient. Dr. Vitta is exceptionally thorough, took time to explain every step of the exam, and has a wonderful, friendly bedside manner. You genuinely won't find a better eye doctor—she has earned a loyal patient!
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Answered any questions or concerns I had. Look forward to any visits in the future!
The whole process couldn’t have been better. I had filled out the forms online, with just a few to sign. The young man at the desk was friendly and professional. There was no wait. They really took the time to access my needs. The retinal imaging was explained to me clearly by the optometrist, Dr. Santana Vitta, in great detail. She really knows her stuff. I am confident my needs will be met with the new lenses she recommended.
