I've been going to Dr. Day for a number of years, the customer service is always top notch his staff are extremely nice and professional. I didn't make it last year, life was happening however I recieved reminder calls, mailing etc. I love this eye center!
I had to make repeated calls for them to send updates to my other doctors. Now, talked me into buying glasses that won't work, so I have to get more exams and pay more out of pocket. If the contact form on their website worked, I wouldn't have made this public review.

I have been a patient of Dr. Days for years and have always had great service. However, I called with what I felt was a valid concern today and was treated very rudely and dismissive by office personnel. So disappointed.

Thanks for the feedback. I had a very careful review of the facts in your concern. Our office strives to give excellent service to all our patients. First your new doctor is attempting to understand your prescriptions from our office without requesting a transfer of care or a copy of you chart. Your new doctor was confused by not having the record of two pair of glasses each a different purpose one bifocal the other single vision. Your new eye doctor should have called my office so they could take better care of your needs.
Dr. Jim Day is a consummate professional. His family has been in Optometry for 3 generations and they carry on an impeccable reputation. Dr. Day keeps up to date with the latest news in optometry, has a deep commitment to our community and for nearly 35 years has provided us with personal and caring service.
