Mother’s Day 2025 was my first one. My best friend sent me flowers from this vendor. They were supposed to be delivered Saturday, then she was told Monday, and they finally arrives Tuesday morning. We completely understand that it is a busy holiday and things happen. When the driver came this morning, I was on a work call and had my headset on. I muted the call and told her I was working. My daughter lives in Knoxville & chose this florist for my birthday flowers. The first delivery was pretty but not close to what she had picked out. After an email, they discovered they had put my name on the wrong bouquet and brought out another arrangement to satisfy the order. Great customer service!
This is a great florist with a wonderful staff, always call or visit in person and receive better than expected.
