Attempted to overcharge me in crowns. The assistant told me my insurance was a discount program and did not provide any actual coverage . It just determined how much they could knock off their prices. If that’s the case, then why the hell would I pay for the insurance plan if I’d still pay market price? If you do not know your insurance policy well, they will up charge you significantly. I was charged for one crown , when my insurance company intervened. The assistant told me, "how do you expect to get a boyfriend if you don't take care of your teeth?" First off, I'm married and second I'm in better shape than her. Completely unprofessional
Unprofessional staff. When I would call to ask for something simple, I would be told I’ll get a call back, never did. Then when it came down to communicate important aspects of my treatment I was told something else. Overall not satisfied , waste of time. Staff isn’t all that friendly, back office is more friendly than the front. Wouldn’t recommend based or go back
The best dental center ever! Excellent attention, caring dentist, Dr. Patel excels in many points. 2 thumbs way up! Fatima runs the front office with much helpful explanations on insurance matters. More so, she serves and give personal attention to each patient. Very professional, courteous, kind and genuine lady. I would recommend them all day!
Fatima and Dr Patel are amazing. Very accommodating, sweet, punctual. Dr patel was very thorough, good energy, and the dental cleaning hurt way less than other dentists. Highly recommend.
