These are the issues I experienced within 9 months as living here. I am sharing this so that future tenants can make smart decisions. The elevator has been out of service once a month, and repairs take 2-3 weeks. My clothes got stained when using the laundry machines on the first floor. I have complained about that, but the landlord told me that there had been no complaints about the washing machine in the past few years, and the machines had not been cleaned. Signed a 2 year lease was a mistake they dont fix anything or remove snow. homeless people in the lobby. The garage isn't secure so things get stolen. The property manger just walks into you apartment.
This was the worst apartment by far. Landlord was absolutely terrible with no communication whatsoever. First moved in and the fridge wasn’t working at all, never got a new one for the entire year because he would never get back to us. Smells terrible all the time. Homeless people sleep in the entryway. Guy who lives there is on serious drugs who screams a lot and passed out in the hallway once, ambulance came. It's a great place to raise a family environmental friendly glad Mr.Day allows pets as long as you keep up with your animal takes care of things and is a great person and overall the best landlord I had in a very long time I recommend definitely renting an apartment from Mr.Day
