This was the worst apartment by far. Landlord was absolutely terrible with no communication whatsoever. First moved in and the fridge wasn’t working at all, never got a new one for the entire year because he would never get back to us. Smells terrible all the time. Homeless people sleep in the entryway. Guy who lives there is on serious drugs who screams a lot and passed out in the hallway once, ambulance came. It's a great place to raise a family environmental friendly glad Mr.Day allows pets as long as you keep up with your animal takes care of things and is a great person and overall the best landlord I had in a very long time I recommend definitely renting an apartment from Mr.Day
He’s a joke , wants everyone to abide by the agreements but can’t follow them him self , numerous days with out water with out notice to tenants , no locks security doors , parking area lot lights don’t work , won’t maintain building or premises , but watch out for his workers there all on drugs and workmanship is not there at all , happy to lease out all about money , won’t answer any contacts but happy to take you court for money that he just puts in to his lakeside mansion worth couple million , do serious research on own... read more
