I've lived in Grandview at a Day Property for 3.5 years. I once again had an issue that they took care of right away. Karla is very attentive and emails back usually within the hour. I've had no problems and they have fixed every issue I have ever had! I would recommend this landlord in Columbus!
Very poor management group. Their apartments are old and they are not responsive to repairs. Once you’re in you’re stuck and they do not care to help you.
1. The property manager inappropriately tried to pressure me into letting her show my apartment to prospective renters while I wasn’t home, said she had already scheduled the time without even asking me my availability. 2. I forgot to notify that my pet had passed, two months I payed pet rent for a pet that was dead. When I notified them and inquired for a refund, I was refused. On a pet that wasn’t alive. I have now lived in my apartment for 6 ish months. I have had to call the cops 10+ times. My first weekend in the building every single car was broken into to which nothing was done. The noise is unbearable and I was severely less astray when I checked this spot out. Do not rent from these people they are greedy landlords who do not care about the people living in their building simply trying to collect a check. I have rented through Day companies for a year and a half now and they have proven to be a great company. I’ve only had 2 maintenance requests and both were handled very quickly and professionally. Karla stays on top of things and really goes above and beyond any property manager I’ve interacted with. The company also continues to invest in making these properties better.
