I have now lived in my apartment for 6 ish months. I have had to call the cops 10+ times. My first weekend in the building every single car was broken into to which nothing was done. The noise is unbearable and I was severely less astray when I checked this spot out. I have rented through Day companies for a year and a half now and they have proven to be a great company. I’ve only had 2 maintenance requests and both were handled very quickly and professionally. Karla stays on top of things and really goes above and beyond any property manager I’ve interacted with. The company also continues to invest in making these properties better. My experience living at my high street unit: Pros: In any communication I had with staff they were friendly and respectful. The parking was completely secure, safe, and included with rent, which I thought was a huge plus. Maintenance was decent. Other than the AC issue below, all appliances worked very well and were new. In heavy rain my roof leaked, it was fixed right away. Cons: There was a drive by shooting underneath my windows when I was home so the area wasn’t great.
