I would give zero stars if I could. These people are not true business owners. I would not recommend for anything!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND SHADY. Taking money from honest business owners who were forced out due to HUGE rate increase and not returning deposit even though property is OBVIOUSLY in better shape than when tenants first rented it.
We have been renting from them for several months now. The property management team and property owners are all SO kind! AND I can't say enough nice things about the maintenance guys. I would definitely recommend Day & Co to family and friends.
Professionalism courteous and a great maintenance division from what I understand they've hired a bunch of new guys who really know their stuff they were willing to come out help me with issues. they are pet friendly kind and respectful the office manager Angela is a easy person to work with and since I travel a lot they are willing to come and check on my house and even turn on the heat when I'm not there Especially during the cold weather
