Daybrook Village has refused to pay for services rendered (see photo of project). Payment has been overdue since June (it is now the end of October). Absolutely no response to repeated calls and emails since work was completed. Do not do business with this place unless they pay up front.

Making the decision to move your aging parent from their home to an independent or assisted living arrangement is never easy. The marketing staff at Daybrook Village was so helpful, considerate and understanding of all that we were going through as a family trying to make this decision. They made this process so much easier for my mother, my brothers and me. I believe that DayBrook provides excellent care and the team loves the patients and residents. I was the social worker at Daybrook for two years and loved my role with all people and families I was privileged to serve. Unfortunately the toxic culture within the management team led me to leave following being accused of poor work performance and going against the ethics of the Integritus company.
