Understanding that our clients needs always come first, Day Break has grown from a two room office to a large multi use facility centrally located very close to uptowns businesses and hotels. We are just a 30 minute walk or a 7 minute drive from anywhere uptown and just 12 minutes away from the South Park area.

Courteous and professional....best hour ever to be honest
By far, the most knowledgable Massage Therapists in town. I normally see Sara, who is fantastic! She immediately finds the root of what may be causing your pain. Pain issues or just need a relaxing massage, GO TO DAY BREAK! They are fabulous!

Love this place, I primarily get facials here and they are amazing. Nicely decorated cozy facility. Anyone will enjoy appointments there.
I had a massage and a facial that were both beyond fabulous. Staff is friendly and helpful; space is very clean and comfortable. CHS employees - this is your destination for massages as they are part of the CHS eXtras program! Absolutely wonderful - will be back soon.
