I had a very unprofessional experience with the receptionist. I called to follow up on an email I had sent the day before at 4:48pm, but she claimed they never received it. To make things worse, she first tried to correct my pronunciation (odd and unnecessary), then told me the firm no longer handles the legal service I was inquiring about—something I wish had been communicated clearly upfront. I just made a call to this law firm to enquire about getting documents notarized and the Reception was so rude and he tone was unprofessional. Answering a question with NOPE not today. How a law firm can have someone representing there company in such a manners. Well onto the next I say.
