I had a great experience with Day + Borg LLP. Surabhi represented me in the purchase of my first home. She was very detail oriented, meticulous, easy to reach and a really good communicator, which are really important things I appreciate as a first time home buyer. For minor issues I had with the seller on closing day, she was decisive and made sure there was a resolution before the closing happened, I felt at ease knowing she had my back.
We recently used Day + Borg to sell a secondary property. Helena and Surabhi did an excellent job for us. We have been using Day + Borg for many years for all our legal needs and are very happy with their service.
I had a very unprofessional experience with the receptionist. I called to follow up on an email I had sent the day before at 4:48pm, but she claimed they never received it. To make things worse, she first tried to correct my pronunciation (odd and unnecessary), then told me the firm no longer handles the legal service I was inquiring about—something I wish had been communicated clearly upfront.
