I went to DAX recently to acquire some tiles and take a look at what else they had in store. I had Sherlin help me out and she was nothing short of spectacular. With great enthusiasm, she showed me the wide selection of tiles before then helping me find the ones that would look the best in the bathroom I was working on. This store is full of incompetent employees. I ordered a bathroom vanity and it came with both doors and lateral stain. The manager Jorge and Miriam did not want to change me a bathroom vanity and told me to keep the one with the stain because they can’t exchange for a new one. This is unacceptable and I will NEVER BUY IN THIS STORE, THIS IS A FRAUD!
Sherlin was super helpful! I was remodeling my bathroom and she guided me thru my best options in stone and bathtubs. 10/10 service!
