Not very good customer service, nobody answers phone or returns calls. Waiting all day for someone to show up or call, said they would be here today.
Had a morning appointment to have a water heater installed. Lunchtime when they didn't show up or call I called them and was informed that a "restaurant" in "carbonear" needed hot water heater replaced and that had to take priority lol sure yeah lol. So I guess im some kind of second rate citizen to these people ha ha what a laugh and a half. Only thing they didn't waste time on was getting my credit card number lol... Proud Members of the NL Elitists lol haha to be sure
Just moved to Bay Roberts. Was recommended to me by a neighbour. We've been calling even before the recommendation without an answer or response to voice mails. Just a time waster.
