I bought a air horn in May. One pipe came off the other one is broken. I call on the week of 7-15 to see if they will exchange it and they told me the guy that was in charge of exchanges wasn’t in the building. On 7/24 I went in to see if they could exchange. They told me they no longer deal with that vendor. They told me I had to speak to the guy that handles returns and exchanges. But we wasn’t in today as well. I’m a truck driver. The parts I just received are the worst I have ever seen for new parts the finish is like non skid on a boat floor full of chips it will take hours just to get ready for primer and I have been in this trade for 23 years parts are cheaper than oem but will coast you way more in the long run!!!!!!!!!
