I had outstanding experience working with Clint Schumacher and his assistant Claire McGehee. I live in Los Angeles and Clint’s office is located in Dallas. The legal issues they were helping me with took months to resolve and one of my family members who lives in Europe was also involved in the case. Clint figured out how to work with all parties including the family members across the ocean to come up with a positive resolution for all of us. Clint Schumacher and his team were excellent! They were diligent and creative in helping us with ATMOS and the City buying an easement for a pipeline and a corner of the property for a traffic circle. Clint communicated with us well and was able to more than double the initial offers we had received through his work. We highly recommend Clint and the firm!
