I absolutely love my doctor but you can thank you receptionist for me booking a walk in appointment somewhere else. She wouldn't let me explain why.I needed a phone appointment.She cut me off and said that I need to make an appointment in person.So I try to and she gave me one time.I told her I can't go with that time.Is there another time she was completely rude?And basically told me that I need to suck it up. So unfortunately, my doctor will be getting billed today.
Completely useless desk staff who apparently don't know how to book urgent care appointments unless its a month away.
How can multiple patients be removed without notice? My experience with Dawson Road Medical Clinic has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Update: I have recently been informed that Dr. Soremi is no longer practicing here and received an apology that felt very sincere. Another doctor here has offered to take me on, so I'm hopeful that will have a better outcome. Admittedly I'm a little nervous about coming here between my previous experience and all the negative reviews, but can't be picky with the current state of things, unfortunately. I have had 1 receptionist and 1 admin (not even sure who I got transferred to) hang up on me this week trying to resolve an issue that I still do not have clarity on. Do not make this place your family doctor, it won’t be worth the headache, and this is coming from a life long client.
