After an unfufilling four year hurdle with my previous doctor in Cambridge, I was grateful to obtain a spot with this medical office in Guelph. The clinic is fast, efficient, and everyone is extremely kind.
Excellent staff and quality doctors
Just trying to ensure that I can get a refill on a medication that was sent in for a refill request from the pharmacy... The receptionist on the phone was antagonistic, rude, and hung up on me the first time because I kept telling her that I had checked with the pharmacy and they had confirmation that my refill request was received almost 3 weeks ago. Dr. R. Danielli, Dr. Wu and their nursing staff are an excellent and caring team that work collaboratively with patients in a very supportive and listening manner. I've been going to this practice for well over 10 years and the team have got me through many difficult situations. Notably, they recognize the important balance between mental and physical health and treat you as an individual. My Dr is Amazing. Reception is rude and not willing to answer any question i have unless you do as she says. Reception sucks. I call to book in appointment waited over an hour on the phone to no avail. I try calling again after a while same thing happens. No Reception answering the phone. I ended up going in person to get an appointment date after waiting so long over the phone. I ask the Reception I have been on the phone since morning. My question was brush off and ask.me why I'm here.
