Cheapskate slum lord landlord Has no problem taking your money. Junkyard repair work at best. Frig was replaced with one from his warehouse & brought to me molded & bugs that took me 2 days of gagging to clean. Has ignored major repairs for months that are causing structural damage. Cut all the corners possible. Do NOT buy a home developed by these guys. They do everything half a** and take zero responsibility once they sell. Terribly unresponsive and unprofessional.
