The guys came out to put up a new yard light and cut branches out of our power line as well. They did an excellent job and we're very curtious, went above and beyond. They also did well with our dogs and didn't complain with them hanging around them too.

Worst utility company I have ever been forced to use. Their customer service is rude and their fees are astronomical. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company but unfortunately if you live in the area you don’t have a choice.
On 3-3-2023 I came home and found that my power was not acting right as most of my house didn't have power. I called and Jerry came and helped me figure out what was wrong, as I thought maybe something went wrong on the pole but it wasn't the pole it was my main breaker and recommended me to shut off the power in the house because of the sizzling he heard from the breaker, so my house didn't catch on fire. Requiring $400 deposit to establish service with this very small company! I have never had to pay a deposit in my life for utility service until having to have service through this company. Where do they think people nowadays can afford this, with a pandemic, people losing jobs, companies cutting hours. I have no other choice than to pay this, obviously, but it is very disheartening. Hope their service is worth this ridiculousness!!
