My return visit was fine. Only waited a few minutes to be seen. I felt listened to and the PA did all kinds of tests to assess why I was still sick. I had an EKG and gave more blood to test. I took home a stool collection kit and brought that back today. I started a new medicine last night and that made a huge difference in my pain level. Today I feel much improved and, after a few setbacks, I think I'm recovering. So grateful for staff here. All young but highly competent. Way better than the local ER that nearly killed me.
Frustrated. Sent daughter in for a quantiferon blood draw for work. First attempt, the person was not working that day despite that they advertise they can do the draw. Second attempt she got was able to accomplish the draw, however we had to call 15 times to then learn that there was a problem with the sample. Now I’m having to call and leave messages to get a refund for the issue and go to another site to accomplish this simple task.
It was very easy to schedule a same-day Urgent Care appointment, and the service was efficient, thorough, and friendly. I've never felt rushed through.
Best urgent care I’ve been to. Actually gave me the medicine I needed for my sickness instead of just saying “rest and drink water”. Quick service too
this is the 3rd time I have been there and all have been very positive experiences. the ease of being seen and the care of the Drs have been exceptional! I even had a Dr call a specialist right in front of me and got me an appointment the next day! The online paperwork is also very Convenient.
