Harry was fantastic. Found things that other inspectors would not have. Was very thorough and had no problem getting down into the crawlspaces. It's a good thing, we were able to get most of our repairs done before closing. Thanks! After the inspection, in addition to the report, he provided us a very useful tips for home owners booklet that was specific to our home and offered advice on how to deal with certain issues, whether we needed a professional or not.
