Calling in your prescription is of no use here. Every time we try to pick it up it's not ready. Very unprofessional. Might be time to go to Shoppers.
This is supposed to be a walk-in clinic, but every time I go, I am told that the doctor is not available. The front desk then asks if I want to make an appointment. I said yes, but I was told that booking an appointment would cost $100. I have a valid health card, so I was surprised by this charge. I would like to know whether this $100 fee applies to everyone or if it is based on certain circumstances. Overall, I felt confused and frustrated by the experience and the lack of clear information about pricing and availability.
Anna and Vinnay are awesome. Very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place.
