This is supposed to be a walk-in clinic, but every time I go, I am told that the doctor is not available. The front desk then asks if I want to make an appointment. I said yes, but I was told that booking an appointment would cost $100. I have a valid health card, so I was surprised by this charge. I would like to know whether this $100 fee applies to everyone or if it is based on certain circumstances. Overall, I felt confused and frustrated by the experience and the lack of clear information about pricing and availability.

I called Dawson Heights Pharmacy yesterday, and a staff member put me on hold for about 25 minutes without ever calling me back. When I called again she told me that they were busy and had a lot of work to do. I understand that pharmacies can be busy but leaving a customer on hold for such a long time without any follow-up is unprofessional and disappointing. The way I was spoken to also felt rude. I expect better customer service and communication from a pharmacy.

I've been with them since they first opened. Always get the best service and very accommodating. It's the best pharmacy I've dealt with.
