They were easy to work with, easy to schedule my appointment with, my staff missed them TWICE and they did not complain, they returned a third time and immediately got to work, located the problem, gave me a quote, allowed me time to decide if I wanted to move forward with the fix, fixed the problem, educated me on my system, did not try to gauge me and did EVERYTHING with a SMILE! Very knowledgeable and courteous. They tried what they could to get the unit started. The unit is so old, nothing could be done.
