Century community at Dawson Grove no response to issues after house close. Please expect no replies for service request after close.When I asked about Century service manager, Jenny from sales rudely told me that this is not Century office don’t come here.Sales guys were very rude here from day 1 after your closing.I expect basic courtesy and common sense when I follow up on service requests. This community have lot of issues which they are not covering under warranty. when we raise warranty requests they are simply saying some stories and closing them . many people have roof issues , Lawn issues , some noise issues for Harding plan but they are simply closing tickets without fixing an issue and saying some stories like it will not cover under warranty. spoke with my neighbors and they are also facing same issue , funny thing is they giving same generic response to all neighbors which is not good. and response ti... read more
Stay away from new construction. These builders use the cheapest materials / subcontractors to build these homes in less than a month. On top of that they sell them for a ridiculous amount.
