Dawson installed bell bottom piers around my house and then leveled it two weeks later. They did a very good job and all of the employees were very nice and patient with me.
We contracted with Dawson to elevate our house above the floodplain. After Hurricane Harvey we felt this was prudent. However, it is expensive. But with four feet of additional height we feel it was worth it.
Dawson did good work for us on our previous house and when we started seeing cracks in our new house we called them. We believe in their repair method and we think it is better than other cheaper methods. They have shown us by delivering results.
We recently purchased a house that was on a pier and beam foundation. It was sagging and low to ground and we asked Dawson to help us with it. They did a great job leveling the house and raising it for more ground clearance. Great job!
Everything was explained to me and made very clear. I was happy with the attention of the supervisors and staff that came to check on the work. Usually home repair jobs are stressful but the professional people at Dawson assured me at every turn. I would highly recommend this company.
I would definitely recommend Dawson for any foundation repair. They did a great job explaining the problem and their proposed solution. And then they executed to perfection. Dawson is a quality organization and they only sell a quality product.
I contacted various companies for estimates and one thing I noticed was several companies bad-mouthing Dawson Foundation Repair. They also started saying a lot of negative stuff about their foundation repair method that just didn't sound right. When I called Dawson there were visible cracks on floor and walls that ran through the second floor to the roof. The inspector call this rotation or rotating. The crack begins with the foundation and then spreads wider and wider as it moves up toward the roof. And it was causing some problems with the roof rafters and joists.
