I’m highly dissatisfied with how my lease ended. Great area and nice apartments, but the management has no intentions of returning security deposits. By Alabama law, they had up to 60 days to inform me, by writing, if they were going to withhold my deposit. I was paid in full for two years and never late. I even paid a pet deposit of $1000 after getting a dog. They were in a rush to move me out and were painting before my move out date was even met. The lady that answered the phone needed some phone etiquette. Every question that I asked about the complex seemed to annoy her.
Been living here for years! My landlord is the best and the maintenance crews are great and the grounds are kept beautiful year around. I've never had a security issue here. I feel safe all around! I love it here! Neighbors are quiet most of the time.
Please say my Facebook and Twitter posts regarding how the properties of tempt and so much more. I am being forced to live in a horrid situation. What's just as important is it is not only making me sick but my dog Harry. I grew up knowing the Dawson's. I was very good friends with Melissa, and for them to do this to me is unforgivable! I have about eight posts on Facebook which I unlocked and my public, and then as you know all of Twitter is public
We lived at Park Place in Boaz for 1 1/2 years. The manager was very friendly and responsive to any problems that arose. The grounds were well maintained. We recommend this apartment complex.
