My recent visit to Dawson Dental for a filling left me frustrated and confused. While I understand that dental procedures can sometimes be more complex than anticipated, the lack of clear communication and empathy from Dr Gakhal and the dental assistant made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Before the procedure, when I was asked to for a history so I explained that my old silver filling might be contributing to my sensitivity, the dental assistant responded with, “I have silver fillings and mine are fine.” This felt r... read more
I don’t usually leave reviews, but the team at Dawson Dental truly deserves recognition for their outstanding service and friendliness. My mother has visited many dentists over the years, but she’s never felt as comfortable and well-cared-for as she does here. She doesn’t speak English very well, yet the staff—especially the women working with her—have gone above and beyond to make sure she feels understood and comfortable.
