Please beware!!! They rip you off with overcharging and important things are left not covered. RIp off!!! Don't trust them with your insurance needs!!! Worst thing we have ever done. Cost us thousands of dollars of unnecessary coverages just to put money in their pocket.

This is the worst place in Lake Mary! The customer service agent Naomi Charles was arrested for credit card fraud and the Manager Stephanie Wilkerson was convicted of child abuse in South Florida! I would trust these people with my credit cards!
Everything is great until you have to cancel your policy. You will not receive the correct prorated amount from the insurer, and FIS will claim that they have no control over the fees and proration of the insurer, but you have to go through them to cancel the policy! I canceled my homeowner's insurance and lost over one month's worth of premium.
