First visit to this GP practice as my usual GP was unavailable. I was able to make an appointment that same day. Appreciated the warm manner of the Practice Reception both on the phone and face-to-face. Only had to wait a few minutes past the appointment time...but it was disconcerting to be called in by the Dr then have him disappear down the hallway rather than wait for me to get up and follow him into his office. Dr Abdar Shah managed my issue efficiently.
