Excellent service , I am impressed
Organised a Telehealth appointment to get a re-issue on a script that I have had for 8 years, only to be told that it would be an out of pocket expense of $30 just to have a templated script done, NO consult required as I have been there within the past 12 months. What has happened to our health car in SA when a simple piece of paper costs $30, then the cost of the medication on top. This should simply be a Medicare funded 2 minute call. I used to just be able to request a repeat and have it sent to me.
Always okay & quite nice going to these guys ! My Doctor, Dr Thom Lim is very nice so too are the ladies that help with getting you in + out
